Check-in time is 2:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 10:00 noon
Early arrivals and late departures
If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the lodge. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags for you until your departure time.
Guaranteed Reservations, Block Bookings, Deposits and Payments
At the Goodnight Guest Lodge, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 p.m.). If a room is not available, we will arrange your accommodation in another hotel or guesthouse at our expense and provide transportation to and from the Goodnight Guest Lodge as reasonable.
Three rooms or more from the same client for the same period is considered to be a block booking.
All reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card. Please check for full deposit requirements at time of your booking.
Terms of Payment is indicated on our documentation as T.O.P In the event of a guest / client defaulting in making payment according to our Terms of Payment of any amount, interest at a rate of 5% above prime will be charged from the date of delivering the service/goods until the full and final payment has been received by Goodnight Guest Lodge and Conference Centre.
Should it occur to you that for whatever reason you must cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible.
Every effort will be made to re-let the room(s) / facilities. However if we are unable to re-let any of the facilities within 7 days of your arrival we will charge up to 100% of the total cost of the facilities booked or any subsequent shortfall against the original booking should the room / facilities be re-let.
Block bookings retained by the client for 60 days or less for must be released by the client 30 days before arrival to qualify for a refund.
Block bookings retained by the client for more than 90 days must be released by the client 45 days before arrival to qualify for a refund.
How to Cancel
Cancellations must be made in writing, quoting the booking reference number, either by Fax to +2711 615 7338 or e-mail to: email@example.com.
Please make sure that your cancellation has been acknowledged and accepted by Goodnight Central Reservations. Proof of sending is not regarded as proof of delivery.
No-Show and Early Checkout
No-show (failure to check in without prior notice or cancellation sent to Goodnight Guest Lodge Central Reservations) or early departure without prior notice, is charged 100% of room revenue.
After Check-In Date
After the check-in date, the no-show policy applies, i.e. if there is no prior notice, 100% of the room charge for the entire stay will be levied.
An amendment to the original reservation can be made subject to the availability of rooms.
If the amendment results in a refund of payment (reduction of stay or number of rooms), our Cancellation Policy will apply.
Promo Terms and Conditions
All of the above terms and conditions apply.
Promo offers are subject to availability.
Our Loyalty Promo is subject to managers approval.
Our Long Term Promo is subject to a minimum 14 day consecutive stay without any interruption.
Conference Centre Terms
The use of the meeting facilities and its related services are reserved for the number of delegates indicated on our official confirmation of reservation issued to the client.
Our conference facilities are rented out to our clients on the basis of:
1. Half Day Conference
2. Full Day Conference
3. Venue Hire
The boardrooms are booked with or without catering and/or audio visual equipment.
If you will be late for your meeting or need to cancel, our above cancellation policy applies.
If you wish to reconfigure the boardroom other than U-Shape or Boardroom Style please allow us enough time for set up.
There is a service charge on all secretarial services should you require any secretarial services during the duration of your conference.
All bookings are on a first come, first serve basis. Our boardrooms can be reserved up to 90 days in advance.
Meals for conferences must be confirmed with our central reservations at least 48 hours in advance.
Rates on the rental of our boardroom facilities is subject to change without prior notice.
Late or Missed Bookings
No-show (failure to check in without prior notice or cancellation sent to Goodnight Guest Lodge Central Reservations) or early departure without prior notice to us, is charged at 100% of the conference rate.
